If you order an item from our store, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order specifications so long as you provide us with a valid email address. You can simply use our order lookup tool to see the latest status of your order, and track your item if applicable providing its information has been updated by your local postal service.

If the order has already been processed and marked as shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.
